Our $99 Diagnosis Fee covers the following:

• Technician’s drive time and mileage.
• Technician’s time to inspect the unit.

The Diagnosis Fee does NOT cover:

• Repairs, replacements, or adjustments of any kind
• Time to provide access to inspect/diagnose your unit properly.
• Examples of this may include moving unit out of a tight space, removing standing water, removing stacked laundry unit, etc....
